SMS Terms and Conditions

Evans Hand Therapy (“we,” “our,” or “us”) uses SMS (text messaging) to communicate with patients who have provided explicit consent. These Terms and Conditions explain how we manage SMS communications in compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), The Campaign Registry (TCR) requirements, and applicable U.S. and California laws.

Consent for SMS Communication

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to receive SMS messages, you consent to receive text communications from Evans Hand Therapy.
Important: The phone numbers obtained through the SMS consent process will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

Types of SMS Communications

If you have consented to receive SMS messages from Evans Hand Therapy, you may receive messages related to:

Message Frequency

Our SMS message frequency will range from 0 to 15 text messages per week per user, depending on your appointment activity and care plan.

Potential Fees for SMS Messaging

Message and data rates may apply. These rates are determined by your mobile carrier and may vary depending on whether the message is sent domestically or internationally. Evans Hand Therapy does not charge any additional fees for SMS communications.

Opt-In Method

You can opt in to SMS communications through:

• Your SMS consent will never be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

Opt-Out

You can opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any text message. After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. You may opt back in at any time by replying START.
